How do you change the fog lights on a 2001 Mazda Miata?

I have a 2001 Mazda Miata and the owners manual says to contact the dealer to change a burnt out fog lamp. Any help???|||Turn the front wheel inward on the side where the the bulb is out. Remove the three 10mm bolts on the bottom front wheel well panel. Take a Phillips screwdriver and remove the three plastic screws on the inside front edge of the wheel well. Pull plastic panel back towards tire and reach in and turn bulb harness a 1/4 turn. There should be enough wire to pull harness out past panel to replace bulb. (Do not touch the new bulb when replacing it, use a Kleenex, bulb burns out faster if you get your skin oil on it). Once bulb harness is back in turn lights on to make sure it's working before you button everything back up.
