Anybody know how to change the throw-out bearing in a 1st generation Miata?

It's making noise and I'm tring to use the clutch as little as possible.Anybody know how to change the throw-out bearing in a 1st generation Miata?
This is a fairly difficult repair for a small part. First get the car up off the ground on a hoist or large jack stands. Remove the drive shaft from the differential and slide it out of the transmission. Remove the rear transmission cross member and support the rear of the engine with a floor jack. Remove the linkage to the throw out arm. Unbolt the transmission at the bell-housing and slide it back until the throwout bearing will come off the front of the shaft. At this point consider a whole new clutch assembly so that you will not have to do this job again anytime soon. If not put a new bearing on (some have to be pressed on) and reassemble.
