Does a guitard case fit in the trunk of a miata?

I'm looking for a fun car, sporty convertible, reliable and affordable... so I've been told about the miata.

But I'm a musician and it seems so small, would my guitar case fit in the trunk?

If not, any other car model you would recommend?Does a guitard case fit in the trunk of a miata?
Ok, the Miata trunk will hold much more than most folks give it credit for. However, a guitar and case will not fit in the trunk. You will have to put it either in the floor board/side passenger seat or put it tied down/bungeed down behind the seat on the rear deck. Miatas rock and get great gas mileage as well as being fun as all get out to drive. But back to the trunk room...most miatas will let a couple go on a 3 day weekend, maybe more if your good at packing a car.

There's not enough trunk space on a Miata to fit much of anything in.
you could put it in the passenger seat diagnoly upwards in to the place you put your feat or you could get a mazda RX-8 instead of the mazda MX-5 miata but fixing the RX-8 is very costly but you could put your guitar in the back seat space but the RX-8 is no convertible but is very reliable and a bit of a gas guzzler but it doesnt waste any of it at high speeds but the rotary needs more gasDoes a guitard case fit in the trunk of a miata?
No, but you could put it on the floor of the passenger seat, laying 'up" where the guitar would be where the passengers knees would be.



I have 95, and i love it, i dont have any plans to sell it.
